
Disgorged in May 2019, release is blend 40% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir with 20% reserve wines from 2013. Medium lemon with gold tints, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of oven baked bread. On the palate flavors of peach and apricot with lemon zest and traces of floral notes. Fine lingering bubbles, long finish ending with fresh fruits wrapped in balanced acidity and biscuit character.
