Opening and balancing out since tasting at release. Great nose. It's all about the nose. Still tight on the palette.

Black Cherries, strawberries, vanilla, new oak. Very aromatic. Loved it🍷🍷 Goes well with goat cheese or brioche bread pudding and vanilla bean gelato if you want the night to continue....πŸ‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ˆ

Silky entry, bright acid, full body, medium but ripe fruit. By the standards of deliciousness it certainly passes.

Nowhere near as strong as the 2012. Very similar nose profile with the 12, but the 13 lacks texture and complexity on the palette. Strong cola nuisances with pomegranate. Finishes slightly tart. A good showing, but didn't melt my butter.

Medium dark ruby. Nice classic Pinot aromas with citrus peel and cranberry notes. On the palate the wine is less appealing due to out of balance acidity and unpleasant tartness. Medium finish - there are some attractive elements but the wine is out of balance. There are better options at this price point

Finally settling in after an overripe youth. Red plum, black cherry, clove and rose petal. On the plateau.
