An incredible Chilean Cabernet, the 2011 Gandolini from the Buin District in the relatively new Maipo Andes region shouts out red currants and sweet blackberries; outstanding balance and finesse; fine persistent fruit to the finish. Bright and juicy in the aftertaste. This wine takes Chile to a new level. #chile #cabernet #maipoandes

Delicious cab from Maipo Chile... Showed very well, solid structure but with smooth velvety tannins, juicy black fruit that stayed through to the finish... Medium length finish... This probably isn't for the long haul but it's balanced and juicy now!
