Pale yellow with pleasing aromas of peaches, herbs and citrus. Pronounced palate of flavors, big ripe peaches with melon and fresh lemons adding a bit of grapefruit. Slight wet stone mineral character, smooth and creamy, well balanced medium+ finish ending with a gentle sweet character.

Pale yellow. Peaches and citrus aromas. Medium plus acidity. Rich mouthfeel and mineral finish. Crisp. Fresh. Amazing value.

Smells like apple juice. On the palette very similar, super sweet for a SB. Only with a bit of time on the palette & increasingly through the finish, the acidity really comes through & provides balance. Medium long finish. Like it when it hits its peak & balances out, but a little too much is all sweet for the price.

One of the best whites I've had in years. The nose is powerful: vegetal, sweet & acidic. Mostly sweet apple on the palate, with growing grassy notes. The finish is phenomenal - great mouth coating, evolves & becomes less sweet, more sour apple with time. Really lingers - live it!

Refreshing, none of that grapefruit taint sometimes found with sauv blanc. Some honey/apricot lingers on the palate.
