Mineral and saline with barely noticeable oak influence on the nose and taste. Soft and lush palate with nice round acidity.
This oak aged single vineyard Muscadet is the best Muscadet I’ve tasted - not that I drink a lot Muscadet.

This is elegant, full bodied, and lengthy. Paired well with lentil soup and with white pizza. Really digging on it.

Rich, slick glycerin wax coat the tongue and mouth in luxurious sweet honey, lemon citrus strips it back, and you start again. Wonderful wine from @sommselect

Matches and mountain flowers on the nose support a light acidic mouthfeel of minerals and lemon, which quickly evaporates. Pared well Chinese take out. Enjoyable by itself after opening 30 minutes.
