Ever had a wine and said to yourself "this will be perfect in a couple of years". Well, I'm currently hunting down a few bottles of this one to lose in my cellar for a while. Sweet black cherry and under ripe plum, pomegranate seed and cranberry ride on top of fine sharp tannin that reminds me of Italy. Looking forward to seeing you again. — 8 years ago
I can count on one hand the number of times I've been impressed by a "natural wine". This bottle makes up for all of that. Smooth, beautiful, great balance of acid and light red fruit. Habit forming. — 8 years ago
Rich, slick glycerin wax coat the tongue and mouth in luxurious sweet honey, lemon citrus strips it back, and you start again. Wonderful wine from @sommselect — 7 years ago
My favorite from tonight's BSS blind tasting. We had a whole discussion about how this could not be a #fingerlakes Riesling, great mineral base, too much structure, old world bones. So much for that. Impressively good wine. — 8 years ago
The wine starts off with very approachable flowers and spice, ripe and tart fruit, a little bit for everyone; but I found the bitter phenolic finish off putting. — 8 years ago
Sweet jammy blueberry and the juice of stewed black currant, finishes with a fine and pointed tart and plenty of EtOH — 8 years ago
Still gets my vote for best American Sparkling. Light sweetness of Agave nectar, Kafir flower and zest of candied lime, the sultry sexy spritz and pop of caviar mousse. A wine beautiful enough to make a Champenoise blush. — 8 years ago
As classic as a black tie, a touch of sweetness plays on dry effervescence, a fine mineral finish and a dash of toast. — 8 years ago
Tops in last night's tasting. Ripe and dark fruit delivered in a mid- textured and colored glass. Finishes with tart and spice. It seems to me that this wine is delivering really great value at its price. — 8 years ago

Pretty spring violets and lavender over dark sharp cherries and graphite flint. World class. — 7 years ago
