Siccagno Nero d'Avola

First time having the Siccagno, very tasty, opened up beautifully over dinner!!

Lifted, black plum and grapes, floral. Fresh, find the tannin manageable and charmingly rustic. Somewhat disappointed.

Excellent Nero. Aromas and flavors of dried cherries and plums. Hints of black olive, licorice, wet gravel, iodine and dried violets. Smokey finish. Revisited in July 2020! Just outstanding!
