Lifted, black plum and grapes, floral. Fresh, find the tannin manageable and charmingly rustic. Somewhat disappointed.

Grainy and a riper style, wild and funky, composty- feels like it's falling apart a bit despite the high acidity .drink

Made for the long haul with a bit of brooding black fruit and solid structure. Has a bit of acidity which balances the wine out well and makes it enjoyable now.

Medium/light body with fantastic depth and nuance. A delightful pairing to an excellent main course at Red Hen.

Well-made Nero d'Avola with legs, but harsh tannins in finish. The tannins smooth out after about 2 hours. Likely needs more time aging in bottle. Cherry flavor and rich berry nose. Very full-bodied for a Nero d'Avola, and far more sophisticated than typical Neros.
