Dec 31st, 2012I am not sure if this was in an awkward phase or just a touch too blousy & botrytized to really floor me. Splitting hairs a bit here, because this was still excellent. Crushed the roast chicken w/ parsnip, brussels & pancetta.

Dec 19th, 2016Indian summer in a glass. Grilled pineapple, marzipan, saffron, honeysuckle, white pepper and wet rocks. Plenty of acidity (for a GruVe), great structure and complexity and density, as well.
