Excellent balance. Soft tannins with some nice spice peeking through from the Syrah. Much better than the last offering from this wine club.

Pretty good. Very interesting. Red wine with a twist- the sweetness of white wine mixed in. The most unusual red I’ve had but I sort of like it. Worth having again.

Blend of 90% Syrah and 10% viognier from Santa Barbara. Really wanted to like this wine as some of my favorite syrahs are from Santa Barbara. This one was a miss for me. Flavors were good of dark berries and spice and vanilla with soft tannins. Problem is the alcohol overwhelms everything. It was better the second day and slightly chilled to push back the alcohol taste that hits you hard upfront. Would not buy again.
