Hard to get Reserva in US. Clear straw yellow color with lively tiny bubbles. Extremely fresh and fruity nose with yeasty aromas. The palate shows light fruit flavors of ripe peaches and apples. Nice mouth feel with lively acidity and pleasant finish with plenty of minerality. Great value if you can find this. Better yet visit the winery and you can get access to their premium Cava's.

Probably the best Cava I have had to date. Great flavours on the palette. Minimal aftertaste. Crisp. Clean. Refreshing.
