Monthly WTF wine group. Special event this month as Ben provided all ‘80s Napa cabs. A few of us chipped in and provided some whites/bubbly.
Touch of VA that stayed with this for a bit. Got slightly better as it stayed in the glass, but the VA turned to a very powerful mint note alongside black licorice.

Big and racy with massive tannins. Drinking young. Red and orange pepper on the nose. Cola and dark cherry. Nice acid and dry.
