Pop and pour. Lovely nose with sauvage herbs, a soft touch of earthy funk, bright, sweet, wild strawberry, a touch of watermelon. On the palate, fantastic acidity, with a citrus zing, loads of wet stone, bitter herbs, a touch of charcoal, red fruit, and a soft finish.

Leafy, underbrush and sour cherry, light cherry, on the nose. Mint, tree bark, forest scents. A wild nose. Untamed. Palate is juicy, light and elegant. Rustic and engaging. Nice texture and tons of acid. Minerals galore. Very good. Better with food.

Tart strawberry, forest floor. Super light and translucent. Pink/orange color like nothing else. Singular stuff that I could drink all day. Shame that this is the second to last vintage for Puffeney.
