Nicely balanced. Lemon curd, and some green apple
Medium finish.

Crazy acidity, lemon, oyster shells - yum! 2012

Light lemon in color.

Light on the nose with green apples and lemon.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, green apples, limes, and minerals.

Light bodied and crisp, with medium acidity.
Long finish with limes.

Very good quality Chablis.

Moderate in weight, with expressive fruit, mineral, and herb. C'est un plaisir

Oh yeah. Nice one that’s almost twenty years old! All the aged Chablis tend not to smack you in the face as when young.

Surprisingly lush and delish, perfect for the rich saucy oyster dish.

Creamy but also screaming acidity and salt. Lemon lime, minerality. Beautiful Chablis drinking wonderfully now. 13.5%
