Côte de Léchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Love this wine since having it on site.. This 1er Cru drinks gorgeously.. Fabulous balance and precision - baked apple, peach skin, hazelnut shells and minerality on the nose.. Clean and refreshing with a touch of leesy cream, zingy acidity, and elegant apple. Again, nothing flashy, but just delicious.

Good, nice subtle French oak. Finish a little short

Floral orange blossom, melon, apple, pear, minerality, smoke. Nice and creamy with a good finish.

Really like this Chablis…. Best I’ve tried from this producer.

Great chard! Minerality with fresh pear! Very well balanced.

Very rich. Apricot, peat, lemon curd, and yeast. Long finish.

Apple and lime, a touch of flint. Excellent balance.

Good white plum and apple but not much flint or mineral. Still good though

100% chardonnay, you most understand norther French wine zones specially Chablis can be enjoyed just by itself or some lighter appetizers. Is my Sunday afternoon choice no doubt.

Lime, butter green pepper. Balance. Pair with acid.
