Couldn’t be more classic. Fair warning though: Even after 17 years, could use more time. 6 hour decant and still a bit hot and tannic. Great with a rich lamb ragu though

Went down easy with a platter of Peking Duck and complemented the heaps of of water chestnuts and babycorn like you wouldn’t believe (e.g. “You so fine babycorn,” etc.)
