Sour cherries, on the richer side, with almonds and violets. Balanced acidity and tannins... perfectly quaffable now. Zero flaws... hard to imagine a better Langhe Nebbiolo. A surprising 14.5% ABV... perhaps the acid and fruit hide it well. Delicious. SommSelect.

Feminine. Reminds me of my girlfriend. Like a cherry tree got in a fight with a rose bush. Fratelli Allessandria never ceases to impress.

The mid palate opens to herbal softness stricken with a laser-sharp acidity that balances beautifully. A lingering and pleasant tannic structure leaves you begging for another sip.
