Good, yet not very ‘special’.
Paired it with Ottolenghi’s Orzo Puttanesca.

More freshness and better balance, when compared to previous bottle.

Very dark and extracted for a rosé. It has a nice aromatic profile with violets, roses and herbs. At the palate you sort of wish they would have left the skins longer to build more flavour. But overall, plenty of character and a memorable wine in the rosé category.

Funky. Fermenting fruit, strawberries, red berries and rhubarb. Campari-like bitters.
Interesting.
