Overwhelming. Noticeably barrel-fermented & raised in lots of new oak, but lively, nervy and typically exotic: kaffir, lemongrass, mango, banana. Oily and ultra-long on the finish. #mercurey #chardonnay

Needs another 2-3 years to integrate the oak in the nose but this will be very very good. Terrific richness and acidity. Long finish. Incredibly fresh. A terrific wine.
