Nov 27th, 2017Pale gold on the color. Moderate+ viscosity. Lots of ripe yellow apples, pears, white peaches, orange zest, slight botrytis and honey. Dry, pretty high acidity, almost tart apple and lemon, good minerals. The palate is very different from the nose. Very balanced and moderate+ finish. Absolutely love it!

Oct 13th, 2017A medium gold in the glass. Intense aromas of honey, yellow and white flowers, sweet pineapple and yellow apple. Medium-full body, juicy acidity, slightly off-dry with a savory finish. Enjoyed with a burrata and heirloom tomato salad.

This isn't sipping wine. You just have to chug it. So f'n delicious! There are wines that may technically be better but there are few that are more enjoyable.
