This is what I imagine the elixir of life would taste like. Incredible balance and almost a chewy tannin-like structure that you'd normally find on a hyper mineral Riesling. Everything just works here and it seems effortless.

This was @Arvid Rosengren's favorite from the commune de meursault table at #lapaulee #grandtasting2015. I concur. Mikulski always reminds me of japanese chef knives with its perfectly honed edges and glowy inner warmth.

FRESH!! A bit rippingly acidic at this moment. Citrus zest w/ a touch of pith. Young green melon. Crystals. Look forward to revisiting with a little time in bottle...
