Meursault Chardonnay

Goes down way too easy. I need more Mikulski in my life.

Flinty, match stick aromas cover, if only slightly, an elegant and fresh wine. I could see this aging for a long, long time. In other words, no where near ready.

Lemon and lemon yoghurt and flint nose. Bright acidity and lean structure. #meursault #burgundythursday #burgundycanbeaffordable

Noticeably acidic and extremely floral in smell and taste. I preferred the wine when it was slightly warmed after chilled.

Flint, white flowers, lemon zest, and faint smoke on the nose. The palate is savory; almond, orange oil, and sourdough, then bright yuzu, chamomile flowers, brioche, tart lemon curd. The finish is crisp and bright with more citrus and clean minerals. Perfect for shellfish or a nice cheese plate.
