Notes are from day 2 when wine is significantly better. Good on day 1 but also it was opened at end of night.

Floral as only Viognier can be. Honeydew melon, cantaloupe, exotic and even some honeysuckle. Palate is full and structured with undeniable freshness and great weight without being heavy. Long and lingering. Complex. Great aging potential. Awesome wine.

Balanced of rich aromatics, unctuousness and penetrating minerality. So perfumed. Violet, honeysuckle, peach blossom, ripe apricots/yellow peach, mandarin, asian pear, tropical, crushed granite, cream, sweet herbs, leesy. Very pleasant bitter note. Crazy textural presence

Almond milk and apricots. Unashamedly full and round. All sewn up with lovely acidity and a twist of bitterness. Good length too. Absurdly good value at £35.

2019 vintage, thoroughly enjoyed March, 2024. Love the essence of butter and honey, this wine is complex and lingers. The bouquet reminds me of sitting in a field of prairie flowers.

Wonderful wine that took a little bit of time to open and stabilize after opening. I’d recommend to decant this. Everything you hope for in a Condrieu (100% viognier of course).

Nose: nose is pretty flowers.

Palate is still a bit oaky. Nice fruit. As this opens just amazing delicious tropical fruit. Oak integrates.

NOT a pop and pour.

Bought from fass selections.

Nose is tropical flowers. A hint of honey. An hour in more dense. The most elegant honey. Not unctuous at all.

Palate is quite mineral. Fresh . Not unctuous more precise. Like really mineral water flavored with tropical essence. Not obnoxious. Very very elegant.

The great thing about this is that it has very elegant richness and integrated minerality. It’s not a sledgehammer. No obvious wood after 15 minutes.

Succulent.

Needs an hour for density to present itself. Then it’s amazing.
