Hiding in my cellar like that, but I can’t stay mad at you! Absolute golden color. The mineral, lanolin, and brioche nose gives way to chamomile, apricots yellow apple, quince, and honey flavors. Rounded mouth feel, but no perceptible residual sugars. I really am a sucker for a dry Chenin Blanc. MY wife found a killer Spring Valley goat cheese from Chester Spring, PA to have with this wine.

The review said it was off dry but this was pretty dry to me. Pale yellow. Lemon, green apple white peach, and a hint of honeysuckle. Medium minus body. High acid. Green apple and lemon on the palate. Dry, medium length finish. Good with chicken or seafood and/or pasta with a cream sauce. Very nice but not terribly complex.
