Vin de France White
This last bottle of 'blanc' showed a distinct onion skin, pale pink hue. Very complex nose, with ivy leaf, linden blossom, white strawberry. Viscous, medium bodied, medium/low alc, med plus acid.

Jun 14th, 2022Similar color to the '15, even with more bottle age on this '16. Nose is similar too with tree fruits but more pear than apricot here. Fleshy textured, with medium acidity, dry. Was pretty good with a charcuterie/cheese plate.

Nov 9th, 2021Pours an interesting, very pale pink/peach color. Nose offers drupe fruits (plum/apricot) and a hint of marzipan. Texturaly viscous and silky w well balanced acidity and lowish alcohol. Delicious if not super complex.

May 22nd, 2018Not much acidity or grip, but pretty, like an easy pink grapefruit with sugar.
