Better than it was just a few months ago, which was right after bottling. Crushed raspberry and steel. Good acidity, low tannin but still substantial. Perfect burger wine! Chicken cordon bleu too!

#langhe #barbera - wild cherry, some earth and forest floor on the nose which continued through in the palate. Medium body with pronounced tannins yet quite quaffable and a solid starter wine for a dinner party night.
