Foxglove makes amazing value wines. Their Cab is always excellent. This Zin has probably got decent QPR but I'm not really a fan of this more sweet, jammy style. For Zinfandel, I'll pay a bit more and to for Turkey, Ridge or Bedrock....

Plummy and wet. Long finish of pruney zin fruit. Very low acidity, low tannins.

Light ruby color. More earth than fruit, with a hint of rubber (Pirelli to be precise, lol). Easy drinking, spicy wine with good acidity and medium finish. Simple but good, if unexciting. 2013 vintage, abv 14,5%, 17 eur.
