Rosé of Mourvèdre

Very unique rosé. Completely dry with bright flavors of watermelon and rose hips. Goes great with smoked salmon.

Had this 2021 as part of a tasting flight at Foxen this October. Having it now. Incredibly bright acidity. A lot of melon, citrus and cranberry flavors. Aromatic and full bodied and dry throughout.

Strawberry, black pepper, orange pith, some tannin, and a nip of fall in the night air. Who's a happy boy? This boy!

Savory and tart watermelon w a lingering finish. Mourvèdre character definitely intact.

Completely dry rise with hint of strawberry and melon. Great for summer... Now if it was only 'summer' in San Francisco. Remember Mark Twain's famous quote....

Strawberries and cream. Super bright. Would pair it with fish and a tropical salsa.

Hints of peach and rose petals start off this rare Rose of Mourvèdre. Tastes like tart strawberry with crisp watermelon. Sweet but not too sweet and a great compliment to a sunny afternoon. Enjoy!
