Was hoping this wasn't styled like other old guard SRH styles, but it was pretty close. Just a little too fruit forward and heavy for my taste. Still a well made wine.

Nice combo of red fruits and forest floor on the nose. Rich strawberry and cherry flavors complimented by bright cranberry and a nervous minerality give the palate a nice lift. I’m curious how much the forest floor and tertiary characteristics will develop over time.
