There is some depth to this I wasn’t quite expecting. Plenty of tropical fruits, but the minerality of this is what really makes it work. Has an edge to it but it’s very complimentary to this spicy enchilada.

Honestly just ok. Not what I was expecting. The Somms recommendation with our fancy Indian good.
