There is some depth to this I wasn’t quite expecting. Plenty of tropical fruits, but the minerality of this is what really makes it work. Has an edge to it but it’s very complimentary to this spicy enchilada.

At first taste a little underwhelming but when I revisit it later I'm loving it. Stone fruit, pluot, pear, lychee even, chalk. Lucious yet crisp with significant phenolic bitterness. Would recommend.

My favorite California Chenin. Pear, chalky notes on the nose with lemon and tangerine on the palate.
