Ah Chenin. I’ll always come home to you. 2016 is such a classic vintage; this is juust starting to open up and hit its stride.

Honey, jasmine, pear, fierce acid, balanced by impeccably subtle sweetness.

Delightful yet more oily, less acidic than I recall.

Consistent notes. Awesome sauce with halibut! Better on day two.

Blows me away every time.

Lots of cut and steely minerals. Excellent structure.

Wowee. Are all Chenin like this?
