Check out the color on the skin contact PG from the dolomites (right near where my dad grew up in northern Italy. I love Italian whites from this region and this “rosé” is exceptional. 12.5% abv. $22

Skin contact, amphora-aged pinot Grigio—totally delightful with all kinds of seafood, lots of fun and surprising red fruit notes

Cherry pie, bright tangerine, & river bed. Not as exciting as I thought it would be. Paired with Dr. Gonzalez’s famous chicken shawarma.

Tangerine in colour with a brassy note. Pinot Grigio is a red skinned variety. 8 months on skins. A fascinating wine the likes of which one only sees in Italy. Nose of earthy minerality with profound intensity from the skin contact with cherry and red apple notes. A cross between Pinot Noir and Rose as an overall experience. Unique.

Amazing color. Pink grapefruit, watermelon, iodine and white pepper on the nose. Citrus, melon and spring water on the palate. Which is to say not a tremendous amount of acidity or concentration but iodine minerality and subtle flavors of apples, herbs and licorice carry this. The resemblance to Provençal rose extends beyond appearance, but the cidery notes and light tannins set it apart. Very intriguing wine.
