Very nice Central Coast Bordeaux blend. Open it and it's ready to go. Smooth. Easy drinking.

Very smooth with fruity taste. A nice wine to drink on its own or with food. Had this with homemade Indian food.

My first taste of Folkway, lovely Bordeaux blend using no new oak. Very approachable straight out of the bottle, definitely new world style, but paired extremely well with strip steak and baked potato. Fruit, acid and tannin all in balance.

Really difficult week at work, but rewarding outside of it. First bottle of wine ordered through Plonk

Not very integrated. Flabby and disjointed. Packs a big black cherry punch then drifts off.... has black pepper and some meaty 🍅, smoke and the hint of green olives in the finish. Maybe with more time it would show better.

Not typical for 75% cab blend. Lighter than the Napa reds and more fruit. Good to drink now.

Blackberry with a tinge of dark chocolate in the nose. Black plum, spice and leather. Bordeaux style. Extremely easy to drink bottle from a family owned California vintner.
