Amazing - from our SER wine club. Smooth Ribera del Duero

Nice balance of fruit and soft tannins. Aged in oak 24 months. Less fruity than many other Riberas.

Starts strong with fruit, but dies quickly, leaving only tannins

An extremely enjoyable representation of the region with black peppercorns and leather on the palette and some refined French oak on the super long finish. Required 30m to open - good tannic structure that should give this wine the opportunity to age.

Highly tannic, highly acidic; the ideal foil for the ox I’m about to cook for myself on a stone and eat even though I just ate 15 ox meatballs and some ox crudités and haven’t stopped eating ox nor drinking in weeks someone pls help need an intervention

Full bodied with excellent flavor profile. A little dry so does need some food to accompany it, maybe a steak perhaps :-)
