Finally a decent Albariño in Spain! Been here for a week and all I keep getting served is shitty Verdejo. Crisp and complex, I want to order a second bottle.

Bright straw color with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. On the palate pineapple and Apple with lime and grapefruit nuances. Well balanced with acidity, the structure keeps the flavors intense. Smooth with a lingering finish. Nice value.

Great intensity, lacks complexity. Grass and fresh herbs with lemon drop.

This Albariño has a bit more golden tint than usual, and bit more earthiness on the nose. There’s still a bouquet of flowers to smell, along with apples and citrus. On the palate there's a soft salinity that goes along with an almost racy acidity. Green apples and limes come forth and linger on the finish.

15.5/20 (86/100) Душистое вино с ароматами груши, дыни, бананов и травянистой нотой. Легкое с довольно высокой кислотностью. Вкус соответствует аромату. (09.05.17) #fenavin2017

Fillaboa 2016 Albariño (SRP $19): I enjoyed a splash of this wine with grilled fish and shrimp tacos. As many of you know, Spanish Albariño is a natural partner to seafood. This one delivers fresh citrus fruit and floral notes with a trailing hint of salinity. The palate is lively and bright from start to finish. A delightfully crisp, easy-drinking wine that’s good for pairing or enjoying on its own. #Albariño #RíasBaixas #Spain #SpanishWine #wine #winelover #winewriter #myvinespot
