Medium- bodied. Good acidity, light tannins, lots of berry, ripe cherry, floral but still dry, weak tea, a little saline and mineral. From Flatiron Wines.

Il colore da solo vale il voto. Appena versato nel bicchiere vieni avvolto da intensi profumi di frutta rossa fresca, lamponi, fragole, ciliege, ribes rosso, si passa alla bocca e si scopre la vera schiava, fresca, golosa, profumata con tannini quasi assenti. Bella esecuzione di un vitigno spesso bistrattato che invece regala grandi emozioni.

Sep 15th, 2015Bright zesty, snappy red fruit, pepper, and floral goodness. This is clean, crisp, and frisky on the palate. Delicate berries, fried spices, good acidity and green tannins. As a side note, this blew my mind when I had it with stuffed baked cabbage.
