The 2007 vintage Ferrari Perle rose shows blood orange, cantaloupe, lime zest, nectarine, subtle notes of roasted almond and baked salted pretzel. Dry, crisp and mouthwatering, elegant minerality, medium plus acidity, well balanced, aromatic and luscious. Pairs exceptionally well with dishes featuring smoked salmon.
