Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Neutral aroma initially. Floral, citrus and stone fruit -apricot- flavors, peach and dried fruit aftertaste with slight spritz and puckery tartness. Sulfite emerges later in nose and mouth. 24 hours later, more fruit, esp. peach, no sulfite so decant then chill a bit.

A *little* buttery. Great with oysters, ahi tuna and mussels. Notes of honeydew/sweet melon.

Light and breezy. White peach, orange blossom and melon. Threshold sweetness could use an acid boost to clean up the finish and help sharpen the fruit flavors.
