Weak and thin Nebbiolo. I will give up on Carema as a Nebbiolo region. Not worth it compared to anything from Barolo, Barbaresco, or Gattinara.

Lovely Nebbiolo. Time in French oak softens the wine which makes it easy to drink. Eataly wine guy said 2012 was a good year. Had with roast chicken with morel sauce and breaded zucchini from a farm CT.
