Color of bubbly purple mixed with saturated ruby. Nose of nice aldehyde and dried strawberry, a bit minty, vanilla, and cured meat. The nose is plenty. Taste follows the nose with addition of refined tannins, zest, black pepper, oak, and fruity notes like dried sweetness. Aftertaste shows some more solid tannins, slight sweetness, some more peppery note, and savory.

Um dos melhores Chianti Classico que tomei. Decantei por uma hora e veio uma explosão de aromas. Ameixas pretas, cassis, grafite, e os tostados. Muita boa acidez, taninos macios e longa persistência. Poderia esperar mais dois anos.
