2020 vintage.
Pale straw in colour.
Grapefruit pith, lime and underbrush on the nose.
Dry and racy acidity. Very cleansing.
Ripe grapefruit, lemon, savoury, earthiness with Tuscan minerality.
Very impressive for the price.
I will drink this all summer. — 2 years ago

A delicious light summery berry red wine. A very gentle aftertaste. Definitely a mood. Let it breathe for a while — 3 years ago
Pleasant enough to be a new addition to the under $20 collection. — 4 years ago
Nice mineral tastes and a lovely white. Bit of fruit and citrus tastes. — 8 years ago
2015 vintage. Single vineyard 100 % Sangiovese from south facing hill full of schist stones. Hand picked and sorted. 14 months in French oak tonneaux then 4 months in concrete vats then 6 months in bottle.
Impressive nose of cherry kirsch, new leather and savoury baker’s spice.
Taste wise, layers of ripe strawberry and cherry with a touch of earthiness and stones. Brilliant mouth watering acidity with freshness. I could drink this every week.
We made our own dough and had duck, local B.C. Matsutake mushrooms and grilled onion pizza with this wine. — 4 years ago
Very soft tannins almost merlot like. Well crafted misses a bit of bite. Good effort — 8 years ago

Rich dried black fruit aromas and flavors, some round and almost sweet aromas from the oak, plenty of structure and acid, long, lingering finish, very fine Chianti Riserva!! — 24 days ago
