Aged Pecorino and it's not cheese! Great potential for further development, a revelation for a white grape. Mag.

Bright lime blossom and peach, then medium body balanced by perfect acidity. Long. Lovely version of this antique variett. Not profound but perfectly delicious. Could drink this daily.

Pale straw yellow and fragrant of mango, pine, and sea air. It’s luminous and shimmering on the palate, with yellow melon and Meyer lemon, sweetgrass and meadow herbs. Made from 100 percent Pecorino grown in the hills of Abruzzo, on Italy’s eastern flank, in medium clay soils and trained on a pergola. Pecorino means “little sheep,” a nod to the storyline, real or imagined, that sheep are prone to nibble these grapes as they perambulate. Pair it with fish, poultry, bagna cauda, crudité, or—why not?—Pecorino. 13% abv | $16 (sample)

Lemon pith, cracked white pepper, tarragon, sage. Lightly creamy mid-palate and integrated though vibrant acidity. Solid finish. Killer value!

Light gold. Surprisingly earthy on the nose. Aromas and flavors of flowers, habanero peppers, mango and apple juice. Medium bodied, a little chalky in texture, high in acidity. Vintage 2014
