From 100% Pecorino in the Colline Pescaresi (hills of Pescara), pale straw with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of melon and mango with honey and floral spice, lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, salty mineral and sweet honey notes. Very nice!
