Sep 23rd, 2015un Mirum in fase di prima apertura, forte di un’espressione olfattiva certamente colma di materia – di fiori gialli di campo e bianchi carnosi – e allo stesso tempo di sentori freschi di lime e pompelmo. Tutto su una luminosità composta da palesi caratteri minerali che ricordano l’alga marina e i sali da bagno, per un sorso energico e intenso, di esemplare completezza, un vibrante sviluppo dei caratteri acido/minerali che si allunga in un mare salato.
un Mirum in fase di prima apertura, forte di un’espressione olfattiva certamente colma di materia – di fiori gialli di campo e bianchi carnosi – e allo stesso tempo di sentori freschi di lime e pompelmo. Tutto su una luminosità composta da palesi caratteri minerali che ricordano l’alga marina e i sali da bagno, per un sorso energico e intenso, di esemplare completezza, un vibrante sviluppo dei caratteri acido/minerali che si allunga in un mare salato.

Really nice verdicchio with a little age. Probably would've been a little better sooner, but still not over the hill. Interesting Jose and decent length and acidity.

Almost golden - young sauternes in appearance; mineral lift with dry pears, quince, orange peal in sugar, still much alive and fresh. Oily, medium weight with great intensity and complexity; explodes and lasts, finishes harmoniously. Would pare with slightly courcouma seasoned white fish). On day three is still great.

May 9th, 2016Nice structure mouthwatering acidity and round texture. Ripe apricots and pear flavour with some lemony zestiness. Delicious!
