Hands off Sangiovese. Fun juice. NOT for traditionalists.

Only natural occurring sulfites. Super natural Sangiovese with barnyard funk, olive brine, white pepper and subdued cherries. Very interesting wine with medium tannin and lots of acid.

Pretty tart at the start and remains that way...some cranberry and a bit of salt.

Rich bodied red. So easy to drink.

Aged in chestnut barrels—a throw to old style Chianti.

Oaky Sangiovese. Needed about 2 hours to open up, but once it did it was smooth, earthy, and a nice balance with steak.
