Only natural occurring sulfites. Super natural Sangiovese with barnyard funk, olive brine, white pepper and subdued cherries. Very interesting wine with medium tannin and lots of acid.

Oaky Sangiovese. Needed about 2 hours to open up, but once it did it was smooth, earthy, and a nice balance with steak.
