2009 Cave Collection, special wine for New Years Eve. Nutty, rich and mouth filling, lots of acidity to keep the rich on track.

Not your average bullshit buttery Californian chard this is a great wine with acidly and complexity. I will be letting my 12's and 13's reach this level. 6-7 years is perfect for these wines to age. Nice floral tones and Granny Smith apple comes to mind.
