Chablis Chardonnay

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and floral. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value!

Great Chablis. Match struck smell, stone, tree fruits. Dry and well balanced. Definitely drink this again. Great match with Gruyere.

Punches well above its weight and price. Very nice entry level Chablis. Would make a great “house white”. Crisp, appley, round acid, quite balanced, good finish. Maybe lacking one notch of mouth filling intensity but can’t complain really.

Nice aromatics. Kind of sat between being lush and ripe and clean mineral driven.

Solid, decent value, and good expression of Chablis.

Really enjoyed this - yellow apple, underripe plum flesh, quince, lovely minerality along with the fruit to balance and drive a fairly long finish

Crazy salinity. Sucking on an oyster. $23 WG

Orange zest and minerals dominate the palate. Electric, nervous and lively. Could be mistaken as a Sancerre. Old school classic that is all about terroir
