Delish. This Muscadet really was well balanced.

really nice muscadet - perfect acid, slightly underrripe melon and pear fruit, a pleasure to drink. ( i can’t find the right tag )

Tension baby

Melon with the audacity to accompany you from oysters to roast chicken. Clisson is aged Muscadet, aromatically expressive, loaded with flavor, and a texturely interesting tart grip of the tounge. Notes of vanilla yogurt with lemon zest, hint of popcorn kernel and butterscotch.

Very dry. Has a bite at the beginning but falls flatter mid palate. Subtle citrus notes. 2015 nearing or slightly past its prime perhaps.

Time to drink. Has lost some freshness.
