Here’s an interesting stat to start your week off with: according to recent Aztec data, Prosecco has grown 33.6% over the past 12 month’s in Australia!
Recently Italian wine brand @zoninprosecco launched a new pack design which meant I got a lovely wee sample in the post. I’m loving that teal-blue colour 😍 And it’s also no secret I love my Prosecco seeing as I do own a #proseccomademedoit jumper (thanks Sorchs!). In the glass it’s a sparkling pale lemon colour. The nose is full of spiced lemon, juicy pear, honey blossom and a sprinkling of nuttiness. In the mouth it’s full of juicy fruit and vivacity with a deliciously refreshing character. ✔️ Light & refreshing ✔️ Food friendly ✔️Decent price at $17

Loved this Prosecco and would buy it over and over again! Such a light and lovely sparkling wine with hints of peach, honey and pear. Very bright, not at all dry, and super easy to drink. Served it with a Caprese Salad and Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta. I was really impressed with the flavors and bubbles coming from this wine!
