Feb 28th, 2022Bright, vibrant flavors of peaches and cream, pineapple, Honeycrisp apple, vanilla, baking spices, and hints of sea spray (iodine and salt). Perfectly balanced on the palatte between lively acid and subtle oaking with a memorable finish. Reminds me more of a white Burgundy than other California chards. With the cool climate, that makes sense.
