Haynes Vineyard Chardonnay

Medium golden yellow. Really juicy on the nose with layers of citrus and stone fruits. Followed with some smokiness and hay. Great acidity (7/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Great structure on the palate with some straw, oak, stone fruits, lemon and some minerality. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2021.

Splash before tasting. Nice acid, but rounder than my personal preference for a chard.

@Ehren Jordan's Chardonnays are such pure and bright examples of their unique sites. This one comes from dry-farmed 45+ year old vines planted in Coombsville.

I love this Chardonnay.
