Expression of Malbec "on the fruit" Glu-glu wine. Friendly and approachable. All the characteristics of the grape varieties are expressed here without artifice with a nice know-how. A sort of Beaujolais in darker and more condensed! "Nature" spirit attested by a light sparkling mouth when opening, testifying to a very low sulphite intake. To drink with simple meals, charcuterie boards / mezze cheese, antipasti. Treat!

L’expression parfaite du Malbec « on the fruit » gourmand.

Yes. Yes. Yes. This is not your girlfriends Argentinian Malbec! Density with levity. Paired with: pork coppa, black garlic, ramps

Deep ruby. Fresh and silky on the nose. A lot of fruit. Blackberries, ripe cherries, a touch of green apple. You get a bit of fresh tannins in the finish, but nothing overpowering, and mellows back into a compote at the end. Didn't know what to expect of the Malbec, but it's a nice change to the heavier South American style that demonstrates the association of the grape.

Distinctly Cahors....however, rather soft and plush...earth tones...an LL Bean-style wine.

Interesting light and refreshing version of Cahors. Still has a nice velvety texture and a nice quality of tannin. Classic day bbq wine!

Blackberry compote, lavendar, eucalyptus, cinder, juniper berries, garrigue, pottery soil. Rounded acidity, minimal tannins, silky texture, medium bodied, smooth fruity-earthy-slightly peppery finish. Mineral driven, fruity, elegant, and chuggable.
